Years ago a fellow contacted Bob Hayden and myself to show us his sketches of narrow gauge trains. He was a fan of the Thatcher's Inlet series that was appearing in RMC at the time. His name was Stephen Crawford.
He made a sketch of one of the little saddle tank engines on the dock on the TI module. I used the sketch as the lead picture for part three, I believe. That sketch no longer exists but the two above were rescued from a box of old photos I was going to throw away.
As happens in life we lost touch with Stephen years ago but his art lives on.
